The proposal for the Secondary School and Sports Technification Center of the Balearic Islands, consists of the placement of four compact volumes that adjust to the plot. The volumes are grouped as pairs to achieve classrooms on both sides therefore reducing the amount of circulation spaces. The ground floor is opened up to achieve a more permeable pedrestrian flow enhancing the visual connections towards the pools and gaining a porch for the patio which is next to the auxiliary program of the bicyce workshop. The modulated structure was a premise of the project to reduce costs. The main access forms part of the longitudinal axis between the school and the pools.
